Simone, who has worked in Lettings in Chichester for approximately 12 years and now manages the Lettings department for Hancock and Partners, reports about the surprising ease and success of her office during lockdown.  

“Tenants are more understanding, committed and make decisions quickly”, says Simone, who in the past found herself running from house to house with various prospective tenants on a daily basis. “Maybe this is a new era we are entering where less time will be spent on actual physical viewings and the selection process will be easier for everyone.”
