After a good informative phone call with Jonny (sales manager) he came around and valued my property for sale that day.

A valuation came back quickly and at a reasonable figure which seemed good compared to the rest (some agents valued it way above what it was worth just to get my trade). The property was marketed quickly and with a really good spec and pictures.

Within 6 days we had had 4 viewings and 2 offers (one below and one bang on the asking price). We accepted and were helped all the way through the process of the sale with regular helpful updates from Jonny and the team.

With no future house to go into we looked through their lettings list with one of their staff helping us all the way. We ended up purchasing another property, but they were as helpful as can be trying to find us a short term let in the meantime.
