Morning formation: two experienced navigators followed by eight who haven’t got a clue where they’re going!
A beautiful start to the morning in Bosham, watching this little family of swans making their way across the water, a lovely reminder of just how fortunate we are to live and work in such a special part of the country.
Having been in estate agency for over 25 years, and having let thousands of properties during that time, I have had the pleasure of dealing with an enormous variety of landlords, tenants, and homes.
If there is one thing I have learnt, it is that location really does matter.
People may begin their search looking for a certain number of bedrooms, a particular style of house, or a specific budget, but it is often the surroundings that make them fall in love with a place.
Why Bosham?
Bosham is a perfect example.
There is something very special about living beside the water. The views change with the tide, there is always something to see, and even an ordinary morning can feel like you are on holiday.
Add the village atmosphere, countryside on the doorstep, and easy access to Chichester, and it’s easy to understand why Bosham remains such a sought-after place to live.
For tenants, it offers more than simply a house; it offers a lifestyle.
For landlords, that makes properties in locations particularly appealing.
After years in lettings, I know that the best properties aren’t necessarily the biggest or most expensive. They are the ones in locations where people genuinely want to live.
West Sussex has plenty of those.
A taste of Bosham this morning and a reminder why we love this part of the world.
